For returns, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we won't be responsible for damaged or lost product in return shipment. Hence, we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service. We will not be able to issue your refund without receipt with order number of the product and receipt of returned delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to be delivered.
