SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to be delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Natural-Need.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within two weeks of your purchase. You can simply return it with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within two weeks of the date you purchased the product, and we will exchange it or offer a full refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

We will process your return or exchange within 5-10 business days after receiving your return. You will receive notification email when your return or exchange has been processed.

For returns, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue your refund without receipt with order number of the product and receipt of returned delivery.
Exceptions
We don't accept opened or partially consumed products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please make sure to consult with your veterinarian if your dog has food allergy or any specific dietary requirements before purchasing our products. Please reach out to us for unlikely events such as defective or damaged products to arrange for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to purchases only made directly from Natural-Need.com.
